Efficiency training for HICON® air floater furnaces in the aluminum industry.
In the horizontally positioned HICON® floater furnace, the strip floats contactless on a hot air stream generated by a special HICON® air circulation system. Thus, the furnace covers the prescribed standards AMS 2750E (SAE-Aerospace) in the aviation industry and CQI-9 (AIAG) in the automotive industry.
The specially developed nozzle system can significantly increase both the thermal transfer capacity and the load-bearing capacity, allowing considerable increases in throughput rates, especially with thick strip.
We would like to support you in optimizing your processes, reducing maintenance and energy costs and thereby increasing the efficiency of the entire plant.
The overall concept of this training series builds on each other, but is coherent in itself, so that each training can also be taken as individual training courses without the corresponding previous knowledge.
