- Preparation for heat treatment
- Activate media (electrical switchgear, ZBS, PLS, gas supply, cooling water supply, hydraulics, …)
- Basics ZBS/PLS (common equipment, base overview, annealing protocol, process data, operation, curves, …)
- Creating annealing programs in ZBS/PLS (central operating system/process control system) (temperature program, protective gas program, explanation of general parameters)
- Procedure for batching the material (batch diameter and height, weight, …)
- Operating sequence (transfer annealing program, fit and press on protective hood, fit heating hood, …)
- Basics Operator Panel
